With just a phone call, our Field Engineers will be at your doorstep to help you get started on the Internet at home, or help you troubleshoot any problems you may have.

Installation Service |

Our first step to provide you with a trouble-free Internet experience includes the installation of the modem and configuration of Internet applications supported by
Pacnet, such as Internet Explorer, Netscape Mail etc |
| Maintenance Service |
$107 |
We will troubleshoot problems that you encounter after your Internet account activation. We will determine the cause and find the solution, which may require modem driver reinstallation, checking the connections of the hardware and your software applications. Any replacement of your telephone wire or reinstallation of your PC Operating System will be chargeable. |
All above charges are inclusive of 7% GST.

- Installation Service
The warranty period for the Installation Service is 5 days.
Any re-occurrence of the same problem within the warranty period will be attended to free-of-charge.
For other problems, the service provided will be chargeable at $107.00.
All appointments for Installation Services must be pre-arranged.
Any changes to appointment times must be made at least 24 hours before the originally scheduled appointment.
A $32.10 fee is chargeable if there are any last minute changes leading to a no-show or a missed appointment.
The Installation Service appointment date should not be earlier than the Internet account activation date.
Appointments are made subject to the availability of Field Engineers.
- Maintenance Service
The warranty period for the Maintenance Service is 3 days. Any re-occurrence of the same problem within the
warranty period will be attended to free-of-charge. For other problems, the service provided will be chargeable
at $107.00.All appointments for Maintenance Services are to be arranged with the Personal Care Service Team.
Appointments are on a first-come-first-serve basis and are subject to availability of the Field Engineers.
Any changes to appointment times must be made at least 24 hours before the originally scheduled appointment. A $32.10 fee
is chargeable if there are any last minute changes leading to a no-show or a missed appointment. The Personal Care Service
Team will minimise any no-shows by attempting to contact the customer at least 1 hour before arriving at the customer’s premises.
- All other services
The warranty period for all other services is 5 days. Any re-occurrence of the same problem within the warranty period
will be attended to free-of-charge. The service provided for any new problem will be chargeable at $107.00.
