Reporting Abuse and Spam

An abuse incident should be reported via email (abuse.sg@pacnet.com) with the following information:

• A description of the abuse, eg. mail bombing
• The full content of the offending material
• The complete headers of the email/news article
• Any other relevant information, eg. system logs

Note: We will not respond to all reports or complaints directly. An auto response message will be sent instead.
