Pacnet is accredited by SGNIC (Singapore Network Information Centre) as a registrar to register Singapore domain names. Here’s a list of domain names Pacnet has been accredited to register:

.com.sg For commercial units registered with the Registry of Companies & Businesses or any professional bodies
.org.sg For non-profit organizations registered with the Registry of Societies, including non-profit organizations such as embassies and town councils
.net.sg For local network providers with a valid license issued by IDA (Info-Communications Development Authority)
.edu.sg For institutions registered with MOE (Ministry of Education)

Note:

As a Singapore domain name registrant, you will need to transfer your domain name currently held with SGNIC to a SGNIC accredited registrar. This has to be completed by your domain name expiry date or December 2003 for the domain name to remain functional.
