Pacnet’s Robust Billing system allows you to use more than your agreed bandwidth without the financial burden of committing to a higher committed Information Rate (CIR). Usage charges are based upon the 95th Percentile, which effectively filters the peaks from your usage profile.

Being Telco independent, Pacnet is able to offer a diversity of networks, meaning you can be protected against any potential downtime at any single network.
