To connect to Pacnet’s Cable Broadband service, your personal computer, notebook or Macintosh machine must meet the following minimum system requirements:

The minimum system requirements for Cable modem may vary. We strongly recommend that you adhere to the minimum system requirements stated herein, or those specified for the Cable modem that you purchase, whichever is higher. Pacnet will not be liable for any connection issues or disruptions arising from users’ computers being incompatible or not meeting the minimum system requirements of their Cable modems.
