Terms & Conditions for E-Renewal of ADSL Broadband
The applicant named below agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth hereunder as well as Pacnet Internet (S) Limited's ("Pacnet") General Terms and Conditions for Internet Services (the "General Terms and Conditions") and the Terms and Conditions for Consumer Broadband Service ("Consumer Broadband Terms & Conditions").
- Minimum contractual period applies for this promotional plan signed for.
- Promotion rates apply for duration of contractual period.
- This promotion is only applicable to residential subscribers on Pacnet BroadBand Unlimited Plans only.
- Receive a free gift according to the promotion, on a first come first serve, while stock last basis, OR the option to acquire a Purchase with Purchase scheme according to the promotion, on a first come first serve and while stocks last basis. Each subscriber is limited to 1 purchase per subscription.
- Free modem/gift is non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- In the event that the applicant terminates his/her subscription prior to the expiry of the minimum subscription period, the applicant shall be immediately liable for:
- A termination fee of $41.95;
- A charge of:

- $150 to keep any other gift received by applicant pursuant to any promotion in relation to the subscription (if chosen); or
- $100 for the USB Modem or Ethernet modem (if chosen); and
- An amount equivalent to the total subscription fees for all remaining months of the minimum subscription period at the current listed monthly subscription fee for the Broadband Unlimited Access Plan of $78.75.
- A minimum notice period of 1 month is required for any termination.
- In the event that the applicant terminates his/her subscription after the expiry of the minimum subscription period, the applicant shall be liable for a termination fee of $41.95 only.
- In the event that the applicant terminates his/her subscription under this promotion during the subsistence of any prior subscription with Pacnet, the applicant shall be under the terms and conditions of both contracts.
- During the minimum subscription period, the applicant may not convert his/her subscription to a non-Broadband access plan or any other Broadband access plan.
- Pacnet makes no warranty or representation that any modem offered to the applicant under the Promotion is compatible with or will otherwise function with the applicant's computer, other hardware and/or operating system. Accordingly, the applicant shall not have any claim or other recourse against Pacnet in the event that the modem does not function optimally (or at all) with the applicant's computer, other hardware and/or operating system.
- Without prejudice to the foregoing, Pacnet shall not be responsible for, and the applicant shall not have any claim or other recourse against Pacnet, any matter beyond the control of Pacnet (including, but not limited to, telephone line quality and connection issues and disruptions arising from the incompatibility of the applicants computer, other hardware and/or operating system or from any of the same not meeting the minimum system requirements of the applicant's modem, whether provided by Pacnet or otherwise).
- Pacnet's onsite installation service is chargeable at a discounted price of $52.50 (usual price is $84). The service is for the installation of the modem and configuration of Internet applications supported by Pacnet.
- In the event of any conflict or inconsistency amongst any provision of these terms and conditions, any provision of the General Terms and Conditions, such conflict or inconsistency shall, in the absence of any express provision to the contrary, be resolved in a manner most favourable to Pacnet.
- All prices subject to change and prevailing GST.
